Exercise Bike - (Hanoverton for sale in Youngstown, Ohio

Please see pictures below for exercie bike..........Has a digital board that tells you distance and time............only thing that doesnt work on bike is the handlebars do not move anymore, a piece broke and now there is a bolt in there that stops the handlebars from moving. BUT, pedals and digital diplay work fine............can be used the way it is or if you are handy, you could fix the handlebars!
