This 1947 Harley- Davidson Servicar is a real good winter project. We have rebuilt the bottom end of the engine with BRAND NEW- Connecting rods, Crankpin, All of the crankpin rollers, New sprocket Shaft, New Pinion Shaft, All of the Left and Right Main Rollers and we did line bore the cases. We bored the cylinders and installed NEW +020 pistons. We installed and sized new valves and guides. The gas and oil tanks are VERY NICE ( these are getting REAL hard to find, ESPECIALLY in this good of a condition). The frame is straight and has never been cut. The Transmission cases is in goodcondition and includes the shift drum. The box is homemade out of wood, but it was on the road years ago, so it will work until you find a steel one. The fork tubes are BRAND NEW, as are the handlebars and risers. The rear end is the hydraulic type and the drums, backing plates , etc. are all there and are good, as is the rear end itselfThis bike DOES have a GOOD Pennsylvania title ( it IS titled as what it is - a 1947 Harley- NOT a recon or spec const). The title is in my name and we will transfer it at no cost to the buyer ( Notary fees ONLY- NOT state fees , taxes, etc.) Partial trades are a possibility. Call and let me know what you have. theworst that can happen is that I say no. This is a REAL good start for a nice Servi-Car , ESPECIALLY fior the money. $3600 - Fair AND FIRM ( or possible PARTIAL trade)
