Spanky is a friendly and curious 3 year old that came to us with a horrible skin condition and his owners refused to provide him with the veterinary care he needed. He seems to get overshadowed by the other big personalities on our adoption room, but one-on-one he is just as sweet and coy as any. Stop out and meet him for yourself.
