In March, Trumbull County Dog Warden rescued over 50 animals from a hoarding situation. Nine of these severely neglected animals were brought to Animal Charity. When an animal is subjected to hoarding they can face a number of challenges. All nine dogs needed an immediate grooming. They were covered from head to tail in severe matting and over growth. They were treated by our veterinarian and have been trying to decompress.

In this home that was being hoarded with animals, these dogs are extremely under socialized with humans. They are going to require an owner that will understand their needs. They still need to learn basic obedience and manners because they are not housebroken. They are very scared and will need more time than usual to learn to trust. They have already made great improvements since being under the loving care with us at Animal Charity.

Must have an approved application and appointment to meet this dog.
